Option2: The location you want is already listed.
Click on the existing Town deed that you want to buy. If it is for sale there will be a 'Buy Now' button on the deed itself. The price of the deed will be set by the owner - so be prepared to pay more.

Once your payment is received we check that the location actually exists in the State you have selected, then create your deed and send you your log-in details within a few hours.
Virtual deeds are sold on a 'first come - first served' basis. If someone has registered a deed before you we will simply refund your payment.
Once your virtual deed is online we offer no refunds, of course you can always put your deed up for sale!
